Our **Parts Advisors** are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling, ordering and stocking parts for the dealership.

The **Junior** **Parts Advisor** will assist with delivering parts to customers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that payments are received with invoices on delivery.

**Job Duties**:

- Greets and assists all customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Delivers parts to the shop when needed and distributes to the appropriate technician.
- Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers.
- Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.
- Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.
- Reviews files weekly to keep track of back orders.
- Issues credit for parts returned.
- Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.

**What We Look For**:

- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Previous parts experience is an asset but not required - training will be provided.
- Experience with CDK software is an asset.
- Knowledge of Toyota products is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
