- Experience with Serti DMS is an asset but not required.
- Experience with retail sales

**Responsibilities include**:

- Efficiently assist customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle
- Assist with telephone inquiries
- Looking up parts in an electronic catalogue for service techs, as well as wholesale and retail customers
- Sourcing parts not in inventory from area depots and trading partners
- Receiving orders and stocking parts to the appropriate location within the department
- Other tasks assigned by the Parts Manager.
