We are currently seeking a **Full-Time Automotive Parts Advisor** to join our growing team. If you are passionate about the automotive industry, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

As an **Automotive Parts Advisor**, you will be responsible for assisting both retail customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts for Subaru vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, a strong knowledge of automotive parts, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and service staff promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in identifying required parts using parts catalogues and systems.
- Process parts orders accurately for retail and internal service department needs.
- Maintain inventory control, including restocking and inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with the service and sales departments to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Prepare invoices, accept payments, and ensure accurate records are kept.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Subaru parts, accessories, and promotions.
- Help maintain a clean and organized parts department.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an automotive parts advisor or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, particularly Subaru vehicles, is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with dealership management software (e.g.,PBS, SnapOn, Progi Parts) is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in automotive or a related field is a plus.
