**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for IRATA-certified Rope Access Wind Technicians with valid GWO certifications to join our operations in Alberta and Ontario. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with plenty of travel, team camaraderie, and a chance to grow into advanced roles within the company.
Whether you’re on a wind turbine in Alberta or scaling structures in Ontario, your work will support renewable energy and industrial safety projects across the country.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- IRATA Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
- (or willing to undergo training)_
- Valid GWO (BST + ART + BTT) certifications
- Trade experience: mechanical, electrical, welding, or construction
- Strong communication & conflict resolution skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-driven
- Willingness to travel and adapt to changing environments
- Physically & mentally fit for work at height
- Resilient and open to feedback, learning, and growth
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
- Execute rope access tasks on wind turbines and other vertical structures
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance duties
- Set up, inspect, and take down equipment per IRATA/GWO standards
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and daily job planning
- Identify and report hazards while suggesting safer, more efficient practices
- Uphold the reputation of Pacific Ropes through professionalism and reliability

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
Additional pay:
