**Position Summary**
We are looking for **experienced IRATA or SPRAT Level 2 and Level 3 Rope Access Technicians** to join our team. As part of our building envelope division, you will work on high-rise and commercial projects, performing tasks such as caulking, glazing, painting, waterproofing, and exterior maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform rope access work according to IRATA/SPRAT standards and Bastel Contracting safety procedures.
- Execute building envelope tasks, including:

- **Glazing and glass replacement**:

- **Waterproofing and leak repairs**

**Qualifications**
- **IRATA or SPRAT Level 2 or Level 3 Certification** (valid and current)..
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel to different job sites.
- **Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Sponsorship is not available for this role.**
