STEPS on Arthur Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in administrative work, not-for-profits, marketing, social media, bookkeeping, event planning, project management and fundraising. The Administrative Coordinator reports directly to the Chair and Board of Directors of the STEPS on Arthur Foundation (the "Foundation"). This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services and support to the Foundation, to ensure administrative and operational functions are maintained in an effective and up to date manner. This position is a part time administrative position, but could be full time depending on the candidate. This position is privy to sensitive information, so a high level of trust and confidentiality is imperative. The position is a part-time, salaried position based on a 15-hour work week. There is a possibility of additional hours depending on the candidate. Fulltime may be available. Hours are to be posted and maintained on a consistent schedule during regular working hours. Additional hours may be required from time to time.
