**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities** **Quality Assurance & Control**:

- Inspect incoming materials for physical/sensory compliance with specifications.
- Maintain product **spec sheets, COAs, lot traceability, and QA logs**.
- Assist with **sampling, lab submissions**, and maintaining records of analysis.
- Support **GMP, HACCP, CFIA/FDA compliance**, and internal audits.
- Prepare documentation and QA responses for client inquiries and regulatory needs.

**Sample & Client Coordination**:

- Assemble and ship **customized spice sample sets** as requested by the sales team.
- Ensure accurate product labeling, sample tracking, and follow-up coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized sample inventory and storage area.

**Supply Chain & Inventory Support**:

- Assist in tracking **incoming/outgoing inventory**, verifying lot codes and shelf-life status.
- Work with the supply chain team to **coordinate inbound/outbound shipments**.
- Support **ERP entries**, warehouse bin updates, and **product stock checks**.
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure product handling and documentation accuracy.

**Qualifications**
- , warehouse coordination, or related fields.
- Diploma or degree in **Food Science, Logistics, or Supply Chain** (preferred).
- Familiarity with **GMP, HACCP, and inventory systems** (asset).
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and ownership mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/office environment.
