CPA Ontario is currently in search of a **Student Recruitment Coordinator** who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to students and providing support to the Student Recruitment Team’s initiatives. As part of our Marketing department, this team is responsible for attracting new students to the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) program by promoting the designation, building engagement, and growing student membership.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Posting** details for all planned events organized by the department as well as managing all activities in Salesforce.
**Supporting** multiple programs within the department including the Post-Secondary Ambassador program, the High School Ambassador Program, the Teacher Ambassador Program, and the Board of Ambassador Program.
**Assisting** with the coordination of events held at various schools by providing operational support, and where required, acting as the point of contact.
**Tracking** the department’s expenses and providing support with the team’s budget.
**Who You Are**:
A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or another related discipline.

Experienced in an administrative or coordination role ideally in a corporate setting or within the university / college education system in Ontario.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and ideally have experience with Salesforce or other CMR tools.

Experienced at providing exceptional customer service, communicating with professionalism both verbally and in writing with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple deadlines and excel at time management combined with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.

A natural problem-solver, able to think critically and act with integrity and professionalism in all situations while serving as an ambassador for the CPA designation, and brand.
