We are registered Class 1 driving School (MELT) and operated right here in Manitoba.

Our goal is to provide quality instructional programs in a student-centered culture built on respect, encouragement, and continuous support, while empowering students with the foundation for a lifetime of success.

**As a Class 1 Instructor your duties will be**:

- Deliver In-yards and on-road lessons to prepare trainees
- Conduct and document required classroom and behind-the-wheel training for drivers and re-training as needed
- Conduct on-the-road evaluations
- Ensure adherence to provincial MELT requirements for class 1 training
- Ability to be flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities
- Other related duties as required or assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Class 1 MELT Instructor Permit
- Simulator training experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

**Experience**:

- 1 Year or more as Class 1 MELT Instructor (Preferred but not mandatory)

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Rosser, MB R0H 1E0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Instructor Permit (preferred)
