DeckX is growing its dynamic team and actively on the lookout for energetic **Class 1 Professional Line Haul Company Drivers
- CAN/US** Run to join our vibrant staff at the Winnipeg Terminal, 2695 Inkster Boulevard, Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Company Drivers earn:

- Expect 10,000 + miles per month,
- Company Drivers earning potential**:$62,400.00-$85,800.00**gross annually
- $.50 cents per mile **PLUS** Years of Service Premiums, and
- USA mile premium of $.3 cents per mile, AND
- Super-B Train per mile premium of $.4 cents per mile, PLUS
- Additional PAY + Additional Fuel Subsidy for Tri-Axles, PLUS
- Additional paid assessorial pay for all flat services such as tarping, **AND**

**Lane Attributes**:

- Regular and Dedicated business with long-standing customers,
- Access to high volumes of freight that include:

- Railroad materials, locomotive parts, and machinery,
- Farming equipment/machinery,
- Building materials,
- Over dimensional loads,
- Areas of Travel Include:

- Domestic Canada, USA open board, and USA rounders to Pennsylvania, Missouri, and Nevada

- Company drivers can also expect:

- $2500 Sign-on Bonus, and various Referral bonus.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience is required.
- Minimum 6 months of Flatbed Experience is required.
- A clean commercial abstract with an excellent safety record.
- COVR, clearinghouse, and criminal record check are all required.
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 80 lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,663.14-$303,039.95 per year
