We are a smaller sized business looking to hire for a long term position
**Responsibilities**:
- Support bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Create site maps and documents
- Organize paper and electronic files
- Have the opportunity to participate in sales to make commissions
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant, or relevant role
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks
- Working knowledge of Google Docs / Spreadsheets / Adobe etc
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of CRMs

A little bit about our company: We are a small business located in Mississauga Ontario. We want to give you some routine work, as well as new opportunities to work into. You will also have, and will be encouraged to excersize, the opportunity to work a commission job component on top of your salary for initializing sales on commercial properties for ancillary revenue purposes.
Remote work: I love remote work, but I do think it is earned. After training, and a few months of a proven track record, I'd be happy to discuss remote work opportunities.
A little bit about me: I have been running this company for 7 years and I have had a few office administrators and sales employees in the past. Two of them moved away during COVID, and I have been managing everything since. I am a young entrepreneur with a few things on the go. I would ideally like to hire someone I can work very well with and take under my wing in future endeavors.
We are a stable company that will not be performing layoffs during this time of financial/economical instability, and we are looking to fill a long-time position.
