- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as required, supporting cooks and other kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all items are properly stored after washing to maintain an organized workspace.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen during peak hours.

**Experience**
