**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area by regularly removing dirty dishes and keeping the workspace tidy.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including peeling vegetables or preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Help with kitchen maintenance by cleaning floors, countertops, and kitchen equipment regularly.
- Support other kitchen staff during busy shifts by providing assistance where necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation and handling practices is advantageous.
- A background in hospitality or food service will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
