**Location**: Vancouver, BC

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

DelGate Logistics is a fast-growing Canadian 3PL company providing top-tier logistics, warehousing, and delivery services. We pride ourselves on efficient, reliable, and customer-focused solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator** to join our Vancouver office and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Position Overview**

As a **Logistics Coordinator**, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing daily delivery routes, providing excellent customer service, and managing drivers and dispatchers to ensure seamless operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to logistics coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Route Planning & Dispatching**: Create and optimize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time deliveries.
- **Driver & Dispatcher Management**: Supervise drivers and dispatchers, ensuring they have the necessary information, support, and direction to complete deliveries successfully.
- **Operational Coordination**: Monitor and adjust routes in real time based on traffic, weather, and unforeseen circumstances.
- **Communication & Problem-Solving**: Work closely with warehouse staff, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth operations and quickly address any logístical challenges.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation coordination is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently.
- Familiarity with routing software and dispatch systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and other logistics-related software.
