Job Title: Acquisition Representative (Real Estate/Sales)
Location: Burlington, ON
**Job Type**: Full-Time, In-Office
Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $20/hour + performance-based incentives/commissions
**Job Description**:
This is a full-time, in-office position focused primarily on outbound calling to potential clients—including some based in the U.S.—to discuss services, build relationships, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and clients (Canada and U.S.based)
- Develop rapport and maintain strong client relationships
- Present services and follow scripts or guidelines as required
- Meet daily/weekly performance goals
- Work collaboratively with the internal team to optimize lead generation strategies
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in sales (real estate industry is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Confident, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
