**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring high levels of customer service for food, beverages and wine.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
- Manage the POS system, including cash handling and financial reporting.
- Conduct interviews and training for new employees, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations between front and back of house.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Proficient in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Background in food handling practices and knowledge of hospitality standards.
- Experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff members.
- Previous experience in kitchen operations is an asset; barista or hotel experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per month
