**Shift**: 7am to 3:30pm
**Pay Scale**: $23.50 to $25 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
**1. Customer Service & Communication**:

- Provide exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication.
- Handle escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continues follow ups and performance with Delivery Partners
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless communication.

**2. Delivery Coordination**:

- Create and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely operations.
- Optimize truck routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Dispatch vehicles and coordinate with drivers to address operational needs.

**3. Data Management & Reporting**:

- Utilize Excel for VLOOKUPs, filters, simple formulas, and formatting tasks.
- Maintain and generate daily and weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and trackers to support operational goals.
- Manage client communications through Outlook, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure all client expectations are met.

**5. Billing & Settlements**:

- Review settlements and billing documents for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in financial reviews.

EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, filters, and basic formulas and formatting) and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of routes and geographical optimization techniques.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness.
- Experience in creating reports, trackers, and presentations.
- Familiarity with billing processes and reviewing settlements.
- Exceptional customer service skills - Customer, Client, And Delivery partner communication fluency.
