**Responsibilities**:

- Basic bookkeeping on QuickBooks
- Invoicing customers and following up with customer satisfaction surveys
- Completing payroll bi-weekly
- Keeping employee records
- Keeping company social media up to date
- Searching for and communicating with leads on various job lead platforms
- Inputting supplier invoices to each project for billing purposes
- Answering client calls/messages and directing relevant information to Master Electrician/Business Owner
- Managing company documents as required
- Preparing reports as required
- Ensuring bills are paid and invoice payments are collected in a timely fashion
- Other responsibilities as required

**Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of Quickbooks online is an asset
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in administrative assistant role of 2 years
- Familiarity with electrical contracting or trades an asset
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Experience with social media an asset
**Job Requirements**:

- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Work well with others, and independently
- Highschool diploma; additional qualifications as office administrator an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
