Reporting to the Foreman, the primary function of the service assistant is to provide comprehensive support to the service team and road technicians, as well as tasks related to aesthetics. Additionally, the service assistant aids the yard technician during busy periods and serves as backup as necessary.

Department: Service

**Main responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the shop;
- Manage and organize tools and supplies for accessibility;
- Assist technicians with repairs and servicing;
- Handle parts and vehicle management tasks;
- Support yard technician as needed;
- Assist with building maintenance and deliveries;
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies;
- Foster a positive work environment;
- Complete additional tasks to improve branch operations.

**Requirements and skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance techniques;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Intermediate computer skills proficiency;
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions;
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
