**Warehouse Foreman**

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- **Inventory**
- Assists with the organization and maintenance of the company’s warehouses. Helps keep a constant eye on product inventory so that the company always has the products it needs for scheduled jobs.
- Assists with the Tool Room’s organization and maintenance. Helps keep a constant eye on tool and equipment inventory so that the company always has the tools and equipment it needs for scheduled jobs.
- **Maintenance**
- Keeps the warehouse clean.
- Assists with the company’s grounds maintenance.
- Helps with building maintenance issues.
- **Team Player**
- Helps production crews by coordinating delivery of products and tools to job sites as needed.
- Assists with the preparation of the company facilities for on-site events.

**INDIRECT REPORTS**

If the Warehouse Foreman: Warehouse Assistants
- Knowledge of inventory, procurement, and warehousing.
- Ability to life or move up to 100 lb. on a regular basis.
- Ability to stay upright/stand the majority of the time.
- Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level.
- Skill in operating a personal computer and programs, and ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a screen.
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
- High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, and/or inventory management OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.
- Forklift certification mandatory.
