Coordinate events, tutorial sessions and review sessions and work directly with marketing teams to ensure ads are effectively delivered and service is provided in a professional timely manner.
- Collect, review, and analyze feedback provided by clients, answering clients’ questions and concerns through effective communication to deliver post-sales service.
- In conjunction with on-screen customer information, identifying client needs to achieve satisfaction by effective alignment with operations staff and team leader.
- Remain current on program and corporate products and processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Proficient in Mandarin required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Effective time management and listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
