**Technical Project Specialist - Toronto - Hybrid (2-3 per week)**

**Job Requirements**:

- **5+ years** of relevant work experience as a Technical Project Specialist**:

- Must have** experience working at another Law Firm**:

- Develop and maintain FileMaker databases for the firm**:

- Liaise with departments and vendors to provide technical support for the Firm’s key systems**:

- NEED TO KNOW** Renewing SSL certificates when needed via Digicert;
- Technical lead for evaluating, testing and implementing minor and major key system upgrades
- Provide emergency response as needed for firm’s systems and databases; research and evaluate new technologies and process improvements.
- Intermediate level administration in DUO, Mimecast, Barracuda, Microsoft365(Exchange, Azure, Active directory etc..) - **should have most of these**:

- Perform SQL server administration duties such as monitoring the SQL servers and making database copies from time to time (SQL - must have)
