**What You’ll Do**
- Help colleagues fix computer, printer, and basic equipment problems in the office
- Report website issues and other tech problems to our IT team
- Upload product content to the website
- Support the marketing team with simple admin tasks

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Tech-savvy and good with computers (Windows, internet search, basic office equipment)
- Can speak and write in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
- Good team player, helpful and positive
- Organized and able to manage time well
- Able to think critically and solve problems

**Nice to Have**
- Diploma, certificate, or experience in digital marketing or IT is an asset, but fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, video editing, or basic website management is a plus
