**What to Expect**

**What You'll Do**
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory control and quality assurance processes within the warehouse. Ensure that inventory accuracy is maintained, conduct audits to identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve process efficiency
- Ensure timely completion of daily cycle counts for raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods, alongside releasing and approving daily counts, providing root cause analysis for all exceptions monitored by team
- Provide accurate cycle count and Quality metrics to inventory control and financial leaders, meeting, or exceeding objectives and KPIs
- Perform variance reconciliation, correction transactions, and identification inventory discrepancies
- Play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department and Network. Analyze data, identify trends, and implement process enhancements to optimize inventory control, quality assurance, and overall warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Associates, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure that they perform their duties accurately and efficiently. They allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet productivity and quality targets

**What You'll Bring**
- Minimum 3 years of warehousing Inventory Control and Quality Assurance experience with demonstrated leadership skills and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, 5S, TPS, TQM, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (part sorting, material moving, etc) and operate material handling equipment (i.e. forklift, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to identifying data inaccuracies for an effective communication of issues and defects to management
- Composure in critical situations and dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Strong detail-oriented, organizational, and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency with technology tools, including personal computing hardware and standard software (Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.)
