We’re seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative **(CSR)**to join our team in Calgary, AB. The CSR will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and track sales orders using the inventory system
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and order history in the system
- Keep informed about product inventory, promotions, and new arrivals
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English communication skills with a positive and friendly manner
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment

**Training Provided**:

- Comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training on tire products, systems, and customer service procedures
- Ongoing training sessions to keep up with industry trends, new products, and system updates
- Supportive team environment with mentorship opportunities

**Job Types**:

- Full-time. This position is offered as a 12-month contract with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

**Work days**:

- Tuesday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
