**Customer Service Representative**

PuroClean Calgary Central, has an immediate full-time/permanent opening for **Customer Service Representative**.. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the administrative management of all claim loss activities, and for the general office administration.

**PuroClean Calgary Central **provide 24-Hour emergency to people who have suffered water, fire and mold loss to their homes and businesses.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**_
Legally eligible to work in Canada;
Valid and clean driver’s license;
Clean criminal record;
Consistently maintain high levels of excellent customer satisfaction
Maintain all required PuroClean and IICRC Certifications.

**General**
High school diploma or GED, with emphasis on language comprehension and math computation;
Basic-level computer literacy;
Mature, reliable and punctual;
Effective verbal and written communication skills;
Good interpersonal skills and great sensitivity to customers’ difficult situations;
Good problem solving, decision making and analytical skills;
Superior organizational skills;
Hardworking, trainable and work well in a team-oriented setting;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively;
A highly professional image;
Ability to work some overtime and on-call hours (nights and weekends), due to us providing 24 hour emergency service.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
