**About this role**:
You will join our customer service team at our corporate headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Your primary role is to answer inbound inquiries as the company’s first point of contact. You’ll also help with quoting and data entry.

**Typical duties include**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries.
- Provide tailored advice to assist customers with product selection.
- Resolving customer issues and questions.
- Data entry for quotes, orders, and case creation.

We’ll make sure you have the proper training and support to give you every possible chance to make your role a success. This includes:

**What experience should you have?**

You’ll be comfortable in a busy sales environment. You have most probably worked in a similar role or in a high-touch retail setting where you have honed your customer service skills. You’ll have the smarts to rapidly pick up our portfolio. Enthusiastically articulating our products and services will quickly become second nature.

Ideally, you will have a personal interest in cars, trucks, motorcycles, or other vehicles, which could include activities like attending car shows, working on personal automotive projects, or participating in motorsports.

Previous experience selling to—or working in—trucking or automotive sales will put your resume at the top of the pile.
