**Required Qualifications**
- Solid understanding of Atlassian Jira Cloud Product Suite (Jira Core, Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Automation for Jira, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience as a Jira (Cloud) administrator in a large-scale production cloud environment.
- 1+ years of experience with Jira Service Management administration/configuration.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with Jira Project automation to assist with Jira Administration.
- Proficient in using Jira's API ’ s and scripting capabilities (python preferred ).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian Access and Jira Align.
- Experience with Azure Active directory.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience in manufacturing workflow.
- Experience with Atlassian Forge.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users on Jira and project management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Product evaluation and licensing (Atlassian and other vendors).
- Support of multiple different Atlassian Cloud sites/products (e.g., Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discover, Compass, etc.), including sandbox environments, ranging from basic access needs to complex integrations or large-scale product change initiatives.
- Jira Align integration/administration and coaching.
- Tool to Tool Integration (Slack, GitHub, Confluence, TestRail, Jama etc.).
- Facilitate Interactions with Atlassian and/or other 3rd party vendors.
- Review, design and implement platform/product/process change requests from both end user and key stakeholder groups.
- Provide training and support of other site administrators, the overall team and end users.
- Identify and spearhead improvements that address gaps in product/system/processes.
- Participate and potentially lead both team and organization planning and the rituals associated with them.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Atlassian Cloud Product administration and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Atlassian Cloud products and their integrations.
