The Opportunity:
What is a business network?

A business network is a cloud platform that connects and manages all data, within the enterprise and outside the firewall. Securely connecting data with people, systems and things enables streamlined business processes and delivers new insights and value.

The OpenText Business Network is the world's largest B2B integration and secure information management environment.

**Responsibilities**:
What you will be doing:

- Work with other system administrators as needed for maintenance tasks like automation, documenting standard procedures, security patch/upgrades, on-call and technical support, troubleshooting of system related issues, disaster recovery and security compliance related activities.
- Work with capacity engineer to setup, gather and evaluate performance data with different monitoring tools such as Zabbix, New Relic
- Work with capacity engineer to analyze the data, spot the trend, make the forecast
- Prepare dashboard and report at regular basis for management and technical team to review.
- Research and provide improvement recommendation to management and technical teams including related costs, impact analysis, expected timescale, and affected resources.

You are great at:

- Experience in Google Cloud Platform/GCP certification is required.
- 6+ years of strong system and infrastructure related hands-on administrator experience, performance monitoring and tuning in Unix and Window server environments.
- Linux certified is a plus
- Experience in automation tool such as Ansible and shell scripting.
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Zabbix and NewRelic.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineer
- Experience with preparing dashboards for Performance / Capacity Management.
- Experience in agile and scrum methodologies and related tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with other database technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, Cassandra, MapR, Elastics Search, etc. is a plus

Technology Stack that we work on:

- OS: Linux OS and window server environments. VMware VMS, Kubernetes
- Programming languages: JAVA, Python and Unix shell scripting.
- Database technologies: MSSQL, Oracle, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, Arango DB, Elastic Search, MapR, Kafka
- CI / CD environment with tools such as Jenkins.
- Configuration management and automation: such as Gitlab, Ansible, Rundeck.
- Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, New Relic
- Security Tools: Sentinel One, LogRhythm
