**Job Overview**

Kildonan Common allows for their Social Workers to work from home, meetings are held in person.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to the youth residing with Kildonan Common
- Must have a strong clinical background and be able to work from a trauma informed perspective
- Advocate for youths rights and access to necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of youths interactions and progress.
- Participate in case management meetings and team meetings to discuss youths progress and service delivery.
- Stay informed about community resources and services available to clients.

**Experience**
- **Must hold a BSW degree**, with 5 years of experience, those applicants who do not hold a BSW in Social Work will not be considered
- Knowledge of the Child and Family Service ACT
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence.
- Experience with case management and have strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of local resources available for youth facing various challenges.

Pay: $29.80-$42.30 per hour
