The Project Services Coordinator will:

- Plan and coordinate, with the submission and production teams, various needs in modeling, document management, planning, and cost management;
- Distribute tasks, as required, to members and specialists within the Project Services Team;
- Provide support and service related to the coordination of data on the collaboration platforms and other tools;
- Brainstorm and develop methodologies for the departments current operations;
- Optimize monitoring tools for department management;
- Other duties as assigned.

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Experience in submission and project completion; Knowledge of BIM processes; Mastery of the ACC platform is required; Interest in innovation; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Bilingual - Written and oral fluency, in French and English.
