Develop and improve data collection forms using Power Apps in the SharePoint environment.
- Improve existing workflows and create new ones to connect various reporting elements and processes.
- Assist in the collection, analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative information to write reports and presentations.
- Conduct research on best practices for building transparency and trust with the public through reporting.
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver high quality reports and presentations.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a third-year diploma or degree in Political Science or Policy Studies, Computer/Data Science, Business, or Social Science.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, Power Applications, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Success in this position requires excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively toward a goal/ objective, strong attention to detail, and well-developed research and communication skills.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour (2025 Rates)
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
