We are on the lookout for a meticulous Payroll Administrator to manage our end-to-end payroll processes with a special focus on transitioning our payroll systems to UKG. You'll be the maestro of numbers, playing a pivotal role in both our Canadian and US operations, ensuring each note (or dollar) hits the right spot at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with precision, adhering to all federal, provincial, and state regulations.
- Perform meticulous data entry, ensuring employee information is up-to-date and accurate within UKG and other payroll systems.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes affecting payroll and proactively adapt processes to maintain compliance.
- Generate and distribute detailed payroll reports, utilizing UKG to provide insightful analytics and support decision-making.
- Serve as the go-to person for payroll inquiries, delivering exemplary service and resolving issues with swiftness and discretion.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards and ensure the integrity of payroll operations.
Qualifications
- A PCP or PLP designation is highly regarded.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration, with a focus on data accuracy.
- Familiarity with both Canadian and US payroll experience is a significant asset.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing payroll systems, particularly UKG.
- Detail-oriented with a track record of precise data entry and payroll calculations.
- Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with employees and teams across departments.
- High discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
