**Job Description**:
Reitmans (Canada)Limited has an exciting opportunity to participate in the launch of a transformative Marketplace platform and business strategy as well as influence the role Marketplace plays in our corporate growth strategy.
Reporting to the **Director Marketplace**, Reitmans (Canada) Limited is currently looking to bring on board a **Marketplace, Account Manager** to work directly with our sellers to optimize their performance and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
As soon as a Seller is live on our Marketplace, you and your team have your fingers on the pulse, and work with our partners to reach objectives, develop and grow the business.
You’ll ensure that you have all necessary KPIs to perform analyses, conduct business reviews, and nurture the partnership. You will receive training and become an expert at using the Mirakl platform, SalesForce and Google Analytics.
You will build valuable relationships with internal and external partners and play a pivotal role in the Marketplace strategy execution.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure Seller partnership success and world class Seller experience on the RCL Market (Marketplace)
- Develop Seller accounts strategically and build trust and loyalty
- Ensure the update of Seller catalogs, curation of assortment when needed, inventory feeds and offers volume tracking
- Drive business analysis, KPI reporting and develop strategic recommendations to improve performance / grow the business
**Qualifications**:
**Qualification and Competencies**:
- Bachelor's Degree in commerce, marketing, or related field of study;
- 2 + years of relevant work experience;
- Possess knowledge of, and passion for, digital commerce and specifically marketplace platforms. Previous experience growing sellers in an online marketplace is an asset;
