**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager E-Commerce, the Digital Merchandiser, Marketplace, is accountable for the development and communication of the on-line product strategies that align with seasonal financial goals. You accomplish this by creating a compelling digital product experience, to include inspirational merchandise presentation, simple and intuitive category navigation and clear and accurate product details.

**What you do**:

- Track and analyze product assortment, category performance and path to purchase. As well as, product reviews, cross-sell functionalities performance and market competition trends identifying opportunities to drive purchase and creating customer-centric web merchandising decisions;
- Improve online performance channel with relevant presentation of the products that will allow a better conversation rate, optimizes usage of cross-sell functionalities, integrate marketplace and new product campaigns that support our E-Commerce and Brand strategy and is optimized for all regions;
- Collaborate with product development and brand team understanding their vision and provide quantitative and qualitative retroaction insight to contribute on strategic orientations for business and establish Online Exclusives strategy and opportunities to give these collections exposure;
- Enhance the customers purchase and search journey by ensuring site taxonomy evolves alongside business/ecommerce strategy;
- Collaborate with CRM team to activate campaign base on interactive merchandising. Leverage data driven decisions managing website cross-sell merchandising strategies and ensuring site experiences that are personalized.

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**:

- University Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Commerce, Fashion Marketing or related field of study;
- Minimum 3 years of related experience;
- Experience in digital merchandising, create dashboards and automated reports;
- Knowledge of Web analytics, Excel tools and Google products;
- Developed sense of analysis and business acumen;
- Bilingual.
