We are looking for a customer-focused self-starter with a passion for solving problems. You will elevate customer experiences, while continuously improving process and procedure. This is a hybrid opportunity, where you can work from home and have your choice of our two Montreal office locations.

Help us take things to the next level (and your career along with it) by championing resolutions, innovating ways to boost our presence and enabling a great delivery experience for our clients and their home-delivery customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as a brand evangelist, devise creative ways to promote UniUni
- Amplify social media engagement, increase online presence
- Engage your inner detective skills to investigate issues and work with Marketing, Sales and Customer Care team to solve problems
- Be the primary point of contact for customer reviews, understand customer pain points and offer solutions
- Aggregate customer feedback and work with cross-functional departments to identify root causes of issues and help develop solutions
- Identify marketing and customer service trends in the industry and implement processes that result in heightened client experience

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Customer-first focus
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, Social Media
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset)
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Creative problem-solving
