Crave opened in September 2004 with a passion for baking. We bake today, the same way we started, from scratch each morning cracking every egg. The best part of our day is sharing our cupcakes, cakes, and cookies with our customers. We now have six Crave locations; four in Calgary, one in Edmonton and one in Saskatoon. We pride ourselves on being a great bakery and a great employer.

We are looking for an individual who loves working in a creative, high energy team that loves everything about baking from scratch.

**Your Roles and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Full cycle baking - mixing to icing cupcakes with a signature Crave swirl
- Cake decoration with a variety of piping techniques such as shell, pearl and ruffle borders
- Creating open communication between the bakery and retail
- Ensuring Crave product quality and consistency
- Understand and subscribe to the Crave Values & Vision
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Practice food safety & store maintenance
- Offer retail support when needed

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Loves cupcakes, cookies and cakes as much as we do

Loves Crave as much as we do
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
- Has the ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling repetitive movements.
- Can frequently lift and carry up to 9kg, occasionally lift and carry up to 22kgs.
- Has strong organizational skills
- Is a great communicater
- Loves to decorate cakes
- Has minimum 2-3 years of bakery and cake decorating experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $14.00 per hour
