**POSITION**: Customer Support Specialist
**REPORTS TO**: CanShipMeds Phone Team Leader & Pharmacist
**LOCATION**:ON-SITE POSITION** at Hastings Street location
We seek a dynamic and articulate individual to work in our call centre division, providing elite customer service care to our valuable clients. We are a fast-paced, growing company with a team of fun and fantastic individuals.
We place a high value on customer satisfaction. This position is a volume-driven and goal-oriented job with over 100 call stats per day.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Have an above average computer skills
- Can multitask between multiple software
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Organizational skills and superior attention to detail as you are handling personal health information for patients
**ADDITIONAL BONUS EXPERIENCE**
- Customer service or call centre experience
- Billing and/or accounts receivable experience
- CRM tool experience
- Pharmacy experience, knowing how to read prescriptions
- Any healthcare-related fields
- Providing patient care

**HOURS**:
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm OR 9 am to 5 pm
- Saturday 10 am to 2 pm twice per month
The Saturday is paid as overtime if over 40 hours in the 5 work days leading up the Saturday shift.
**WAGES & BENEFITS**
- Starting wage $20/hour, 40 hours/week, 4 hours every second Saturday
- _**Opportunity to increase salary after a probationary period based on performance and experience**_
- Extended Benefits Program starts after 90-day probationary period
- Bonus opportunities available based on performance
