**Overview**
The Education Consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing educational programs and initiatives.

Advising International Students for college change, public college options.

**Duties**
- Conduct consultations with potential students to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain a deep understanding of course offerings, schedules,
- Collaborate with educational institutions to assess their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate staff on best practices and innovative teaching methods.
- Engage in public speaking opportunities to present findings and strategies to stakeholders.
- Assist in the recruitment and interviewing process for educational staff, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
- Leverage software platforms such as PeopleSoft and Ellucian to manage educational programs efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including educators, administrators, and students, to foster collaboration.
- Knows how to use: GUS, MSM, Applyboard, KC, etc.

**Skills**
- **Minimum 1 year of work experience** in the immigration or college admissions sector
- Proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF tools**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- **Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi (prefered)**

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to make a difference through strategic consulting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
