**You're Good At**:

- Leading and motivating a team to achieve excellence within Pharmaceutical Meetings Management.
- Managing multiple priorities including meeting planning processes for Clinical Meeting Types, team performance and client relationships, and staying calm under pressure
- Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyzing and improving operational processes
- Utilizing tools like Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite effectively

**You Might Also Have**:

- Prior managerial experience overseeing a team of pharmaceutical meeting planners in an agency environment
- Proficiency in both **French and English**, both written and spoken. **This is a requirement for this position.**:

- Strong organizational skills to juggle various resources
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A knack for problem-solving and adapting to changes quickly

**You Should Know**:

- This is an office based role. The expectations for this position are to report in to our clients office in Montreal at least 2 days per week.
- This role will travel about 10% of the time.

- Pharmaceutical Meetings Management_ is between $90,000 - $90,000 CAD. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget._
