**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring that all information is up-to-date.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar beauty business role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hair salon receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Hair or beauty business: 1 year (preferred)
