**Responsibilities for Hairstylist**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable salon experience
- Styling, blow outs, updos for special occasions, washing & treatments
- Keep workstations clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide appropriate recommendations
- Educate salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience
- Assist with retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products and memberships

**Responsibilities for Makeup Artist**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable salon experience

**Skills**:

- Hair styling skills: Proficient in styling techniques for different hair types and styles, including smoothing techniques with a blow dryer
- Makeup Artist Skills: Application of makeup, blending, contouring, artistry for various skin tones, complexions and ages
- Customer service skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Sanitation skills: Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe salon environment
- Communication skills: Effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Ability to promote additional salon services or products to enhance the client's experience
- Retail sales skills: Experience in educating, recommending and selling hair care products to clients
- Be a caring ear and make our customers comfortable and confident

**Schedule**:

- Weekends and some weekdays
- On call for special occasions (Blo on the go service)
- Ability to travel for Blo on the go services

**Pay types**:

- Wage
- Bonus
- Tips

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Experience**:
