BRUNCH SERVER
**Type of Service**: Weekday/Weekend Brunch
*Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays and Weekends

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and engaging Brunch Server to join our team at Kiin for our new **Traditional Royal Thai-inspired Brunch**. The primary duty of this role is to ensure that customers have a memorable dining experience by providing exceptional customer service that reflect Kiin’s core values: unexpected, generous, and genuine. As a Server for the **brunch service**, the server can describe each of Kiin’s complex dish in detail, offer suggestions and recommendations, and provide a personal and thoughtful experience to each guest. Kiin’s goal is to accelerate our business development by providing customers with a memorable experience.

**Overview of Responsibilities**
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Greet and attend to customers upon entrance
- Present and explain menus and guide guests through food/beverage selection
- Take guests’ orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
- Serving orders according to the steps of service and describing each of Kiin’s complex dish in detail
- Assist the barista with drink preparation and bar duties
- Reset tables in between dishes and seatings
- Efficiently communicate all allergies, dietary restrictions, celebrations, and notes to all staff
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff and follow established policies and system standards
- Communicate guest preferences, celebrations, and notes with the host
- Address all complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Contribute to the cleanliness and operation of the restaurant by performing opening/closing/cleaning duties

**Skills Required**:

- Previous serving experience (at least 1-year)
- Attentive and can anticipate customers’ needs
- Can communicate clearly in a professional manner while displaying strong customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and engaging with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent hospitality, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrates a customer-oriented approach and patience
- Has a talent for communicating with people and anticipating their needs
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- High school diploma and food safety training is an asset
- Smart Serve certificate required

**Pay**:$15.50/hour plus tip-out
**Schedule**: Part-time position available. Must have **Monday, Tuesday and Weekend daytime** availability and there may also be opportunity to work nights.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:
