**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature for safety and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper food handling practices.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to kitchen management.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
