EVA’s is a bright, energetic breakfast restaurant with two Montreal locations (St-Henri and Royalmount). We’re known for our homemade touches—like maple fudge pancake bites and fresh, local ingredients—and we’re proud to serve elevated yet approachable food that makes mornings better.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and plate dishes with care, consistency, and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and following direction
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture built on respect and collaboration
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience
- Strong cooking skills and attention to timing, detail, and consistency
- Ability to stay calm and effective during busy service
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to grow in the kitchen
- Reliability, organization, and morning/weekend availability

EVA’s est un restaurant-déjeuner chaleureux et dynamique, avec deux emplacements à Montréal (St-Henri et Royalmount). Connu pour ses touches maison — comme nos bouchées de crêpes au fudge à l’érable et nos ingrédients locaux — EVA’s offre une cuisine réconfortante, soignée et accessible.
Nous recherchons un **Chef/Cuisinier de ligne** à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe. La personne idéale est motivée, apprend rapidement, suit bien les consignes et garde son calme dans un environnement dynamique.
**Responsabilités**
- Préparer et dresser les plats avec constance, soin et efficacité
- Maintenir un espace de travail propre, organisé et conforme aux normes de salubrité
- Travailler en équipe et collaborer dans un esprit positif
- Contribuer à un environnement de travail respectueux et motivant
**Profil recherché**
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience en cuisine professionnelle
- Solides compétences culinaires et souci du détail
- Capacité à performer sous pression avec calme et efficacité
- Attitude positive et désir d’apprendre
- Fiabilité, sens de l’organisation et disponibilité les matins et fins de semaine
