**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items including eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages, omelets, toast, and other morning dishes.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service begins.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and tools.
- Comply with health and safety standards and food hygiene regulations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and communicate shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Assist with prep tasks as needed for the next day’s breakfast service.
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously while ensuring consistency and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in breakfast or brunch service.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required.

Pay: $16.10-$30.05 per hour
