WHAT TO EXPECT

Are you passionate about human resources? Are you looking for a position where you'll have the chance to work in many different areas of HR? We have a position to fill in the Soucy Caoutchouc family. Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the incumbent's main function will be to support the Human Resources team and managers, in order to sustain growth and provide an outstanding and sought-after employee experience. The mission of our HR team is to act as business partners, collaborating with each of our customers, managers and employees to generate commitment to achieving their goals, and working to foster the full potential of all employees.

**Here's an overview of your tasks**:
Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy Group.
Act as a front-line resource for the subsidiary's supervisory team and 150 production employees in HR management.
Advise supervisors on employee management interventions
In collaboration with the Recruitment Squad, carry out the complete staffing process (recruitment, selection, induction and integration) for production employees.
Ensure follow-up of evaluation activities and trial periods for production employees
Maintain human resources management indicators
Manage and monitor disability and occupational health and safety administrative files
Provide support in coordinating training activities
Support employees in all matters relating to the interpretation of working conditions, policies and procedures in force
Participate in various HR development projects in line with the company's strategic direction.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations or other relevant field
3 to 5 years' experience in a generalist position in the manufacturing field
Autonomy and excellent management of priorities
Discretion, judgment and professionalism
Proven ability to work as part of a team and achieve results
