**How Does The Role Impact The Organization?**

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our PMO team to establish and mature our organizational change management practice. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Project Management Office, the Organizational Change Manager plays a key role in ensuring new change initiatives introduced into the organization meet the intended business objectives by increasing adoption of the change.

**What Will Your Role Be Responsible For?**
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that minimize resistance to change and maximize adoption and usage of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Assess the impact of change on employees and stakeholders and supporting communication plans and training programs to address the impact.
- Develop and support OCM plan including Governance, Communications, and Training.
- Engage and coach senior leaders, managers, and employees in the change process to promote ownership and buy-in.
- Support leadership to utilize change management best practices and approaches needed to successfully implement projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management activities and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to change management.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in organizational change management and contribute to the development of the change management practice.
- Create a role-based training plans that reflects the various personas and change impact assessments. Create training materials and deliver training to different user groups.
- Develop clear and compelling communications to articulate the purpose, benefits, and impact of the change to various stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with internal communication teams to leverage existing channels and platforms, identify new communication channels, and refine existing channels.
- Support other change and communications-related project activities.

**What Do We Expect From You?**
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, psychology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in financial services.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and maturing an organizational change management practice.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Prosci change management certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering effective communication strategies, including written and verbal communications, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a focus on clear and concise messaging.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with an ability to influence others and move toward a common goal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Solid understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
