THE ROLEAs an intern in PMO, you will:Champion the best project methodologies across the organization for the highest project successSupport the delivery of transformative projects with the most value at the right time with the right resourcingDevelop and maintain project artifacts and report on overall project status and critical decisionsPartner with the project team to ensure the completion of key project deliverables at each milestoneInterface with key stakeholders and support the facilitation of steering meetings and project communicationsCultivate a positive team environment, motivate, and engage project members as we work towards our common goalTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Intern, PMO has/is:Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2026 to April 2027Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Project or Operations ManagementA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessPassion for Aritzia and the fashion industrySkills and experience related to Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery ManagementA logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and detailsA problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutionsWork experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valuedWHY PMO?PMO offers you the opportunity to learn from a dynamic, high-performing team of certified Project Management Professionals who are skilled at managing the people, processes, and business priorities of projects.
