The Lead Installer will be completing new equipment installation, preventive maintenance and safety inspections, routine maintenance repairs and emergency repairs.

**Out of town travel is required. Approximately 40-50 days per year (maximum 5 days at a time)**

This position offers ample opportunity for overtime. Employees work a 4 day work week, either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday with a **6:00am start time**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.50-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week

- Most of our clients do not allow smoking or vaping on their property / campuses. In some cases, the nearest place you can smoke / vape is a 7 - 10 minute walk away. Do you smoke or vape?
- Position is physically demanding. During an installation there is the unloading of steel and boxes from the tractor trailer and bringing them into the job site. You can not use a forklift on a gym floor. Carrying hundreds of parts / boxes up to the balcony area. Installation and servicing of manual partitions requires installing heavy panels into a track system. This position needs a person who is physically fit. Some days you will be on your feet for 10 hours going up and down stairs and climbing extension ladders. Other days, you will spend the majority of your day on your knees drilling holes and installing anchors for theatre seating. Do you believe you are capable of this level of activity 4 days in a row?
- When not out of town, our day starts at 6:00am at our shop in Holland Landing. Is our location and / or start time going to be a problem for you? Typically Toronto, Whitby, Mississauga, north of Barrie, Brampton and north of Beaverton are a one hour drive from the shop.
